Citing "creative differences," Hugh Grant has left Lost for Words, a romantic comedy that is clearly meant to be a Hugh Grant movie:

Hugh Grant has exited "Lost for Words," the Working Title-produced romantic comedy for Universal Pictures. Creative differences were cited.

Grant had agreed last summer to play a British thesp approached to star in a film by a Chinese director. After a flirtation with her translator, the actor falls for the director.

Now what? Colin Firth? Should we call Colin Firth? Let's give Colin Firth a ring, but let's also be aware that he's not stupid. He's going to know right away that this was supposed to be a Hugh Grant.
