Halle Berry Starring in New Film for Awful Women

Shoe Addicts Anonymous. That's the name of it. Want to continue? Deadline says:
The comedy looks at the lives of four Chicago women from different ethnic backgrounds, bonded by two things. They are shoe addicts who wear the same size. They form a support group, swap 7.5s and become--wait for it--sole sisters. Eventually their bond goes beyond footwear. Berry will play an agoraphobe who feeds her addiction with online footwear purchases.
The shoe-obsessed ladycamaraderie of Sex and the City and the clothes swapping-based friendship of Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants all packaged neatly under a title even more obnoxious than Confessions of a Shopaholic. What a monster. The film was written by Kristen Buckley and Brian Regan, whose words previously delighted us spoken from the mouth of Matthew McConaughey in How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days, and will be directed by Paul Weiland--who knows his way around a horribly-titled film, having last directed Made of Honor. Don't forget to pre-party with cosmos, awful ladies.
