'Oxyana' Trailer: Let's Never Get Hooked on OxyContin, Okay?
Director Sean Dunne, whose American Juggalo documentary short brought some surprising lucidity to a community that purposely mimics insane clowns, is working on a new feature-length documentary that will once again shed some light on a subculture you probably find sort of alarming and/or reminiscent of someone you went to high school with. This time he's looking at the quaint, beautiful mining town of Oceana, West Virginia, where the lush surroundings are betrayed by the fact "the vast majority" of residents have crippling addictions to OxyContin. Dunne has a Kickstarter where you can show some support here, and below you can see a teaser trailer for the film.
