'Jane Eyre' Trailer: Being an Old Fashioney-Times Girl Sure Looks Intense
There's a new adaptation of Jane Eyre hitting screens next year, directed by Sin Nombre's Cary Fukunaga and starring Mia Wasikowska, Michael Fassbender, Jamie Bell, and Dame Judi Dench. I'm not generally one for period melodrama, but have to say, that's a pretty impressive lineup. Though, on the other hand, the lack of any geek culture-popular stock characters also has me questioning if maybe I should hold out until some zombies or Predators or pirates (Jane Arrrr, obviously) are superfluously shoved into the story to make it more palatable to my negative attention span.
