In the first trailer for Danny Boyle's Trance, we learned that star James McAvoy would get his head clunked real good, thus forgetting where he hid a stolen painting. But as it turns out, that's only the beginning of the film's cartoonish head trauma. As you'll see in this new, restricted trailer, co-star Vincent Cassel is also going to suffer some ridiculous brain injury, getting the entire top of his skull blown off but still chatting despite that. In fairness, that seems to be part of a hypnosis-induced dream sequence going on in McAvoy's head, but then what about the scene where Rosario Dawson's head explodes, but her eyes hover in mid-air blinking for a few seconds before plopping into the pile of ash resting in her neck cavity?
