Hugh Laurie To Antagonize George Clooney in 'Tomorrowland'

Brad Bird and Damon Lindelof's Tomorrowland: not involving aliens, but definitely involving television's most charismatic former hospital employees.

THR reports the top-secret sci-fi film has now found its main villain in Hugh Laurie, assuming these villain talks go better than when MGM tried to get him to fight RoboCop. He'll be bad guy to George Clooney, who joined the film back in November, back when it was still going by the working title 1952 we foolishly thought the film would have some aliens in it.

As nothing is known about Tomorrowland besides the hint of this box of stuff, hard to say what exactly what Laurie's "villain role" will entail. Maybe he's the asshole who just threw up on Space Mountain, so they have to close it down for a few hours to clean it up, and Clooney was like right there in line.
