Sam Worthington To Play Indistinct Assassin

The new, unmemorable face of vengeance has arrived!

Sam Worthington--the actor best-known as a vaguely-human counterpoint to CGI spectacle--is attached to star in Salt director Phillip Noyce's action-thriller For the Dogs, based on a novel by Kevin Wignall. He'll play an assassin, a forgettable angel of vengeance aiding a (sexy?) college coed in finding and killing those who murdered her parents and brother. If the murderers end up being krakens, then all the better.

Worthington next appears in David Ayers' Ten, where he will once again return to being dwarfed by a giant creature--this time Arnold Schwarzenegger.
