Universal Pictures has made official their long-held plans to test man's power of creation by stretching the Jurassic Park franchise into a fourth feature film. The studio says the new film will be shot in 3D and ready for release June 13, 2014. Steven Spielberg, director of the first two films and an episode of Marcus Welby, M.D., will return in a producing capacity. As previously reported, Rise of the Planet of the Apes writers Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver are working on the new script. It will be about dinosaurs.
