With Wes Anderson and Roman Coppola's Moonrise Kingdom screenplay up for an Oscar it's quite unlikely to win--despite it being the only nominee with the line "I'm going to find a tree to chop down"--Focus Features is going for a grassroots approach to built up support, releasing the work online as what their press release calls an "interactive script." The good news is it's still filled with large-scale production shots, little hand-drawn storyboards, set designs, and a deeply-haunting photo of Bob Balaban, plus all the descriptions of scenes and dialogue we've come to expect from screenplays.
