Casting Things: Sexy Stars Charlize Theron, Jessica Chastain, and Frank Langella Join Films
- Seth MacFarlane has found his lead cowgirl for the wild west comedy he announced in December, reportedly casting Academy Award-winner Charlize Theron in A Million Ways to Die in the West. If Ted was any indication, she may get to hump something.
- Jessica Chastain recently held the top two spots at the box office, and you know what they say when someone gets that hot: get them with Colin Farrell! Variety reports she'll star opposite him in the period battle-of-the-sexes film Miss Julie.
- Jeremy Renner is said to be attached to star in Kill the Messenger, a political thriller Michael Cuesta is directing about the true story of the CIA running an aggressive smear campaign against an investigative journalist, leading to his suicide. Then Jeremy Renner will go back to being the superhero with the bow and arrow.
- Frost/Nixon star Frank Langella will reportedly continue his political journey in Reykjavik, a film about the 1986 peace summit between Reagan (Michael Douglas) and Gorbachev (Christoph Waltz). He'll play Paul Nitze, a man who was U.S. Secretary of the Navy, the President's most senior adviser, and, secretly, Skeletor.
