'Pacific Rim' Trailer Commentary Elucidates Robot Punches


If yesterday's Pacific Rim trailer left you with the unease of some lingering questions (robot punch monster? etc.), here's the thing for you: a trailer commentary director Guillermo del Toro recorded with MTV. In it, he explains some of the finer points of the film's structure and sci-fi mechanics, and he claims that compared to the full film, the preview looks like Howards End. Idris Elba is the Emma Thompson equivalent, obviously.
