New 'Identity Thief' Trailer: Violent Vigilante Justice Goes Slapstick


Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy are back to violent physical altercation with a new trailer for Identity Thief, in which McCarthy appropriately plays an identity thief. Compared to the last trailer, this one makes it more clear the film will eventually shift from madcap cat-and-mouse chase to unlikely buddy comedy, and also that McCarthy will attempt to coerce Bateman and Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet into a sexual encounter she can lustfully observe, because if that's not a sell, what is?
