Here's How Some Texans Are Trying To Ruin Science Books


While schools across the country have been dealing with issues like budget cuts, drop-outs, and test scores, school officials in Texas have had their own struggles: coming up with innovative new ways to ruin the U.S. educational system. The Revisionaries--a largely Kickstarter-funded documentary hitting select theaters this weekend--addresses that topic, looking at some Texas State Board of Education members' attempts to make public school science books less about real science, more about Kirk Cameron Science™, trading out well-accepted theories for some more theories from God, who's admittedly pretty well published.
