Aaron Paul Will Star in 'Need for Speed' Movie

He just took home his second Emmy, and now Breaking Bad's Aaron Paul will trade in that credibility for a part in a video game movie about driving cars.

As Paul is the natural successor to Vin Diesel, he'll reportedly take the lead role in Need for Speed, DreamWorks' adaptation of the longrunning racing game series of the same name. Act of Valor's Scott Waugh is directing the film from a George Gatins script that will likely require Paul to say he has the need for speed at least two or three times. Casting will now move on to finding a big bald dude, or maybe a girl or something.
