Michael Bay's 'Pain and Gain' Has Poster, Release Date, Huge Arm Bearing Bay's Name

For the first time since his Bad Boys debut, Michael Bay won't see his newest film literally and figuratively explode on screens in the summer heat. Paramount has announced that the director's modestly-budgeted bodybuilding crime comedy Pain and Gain is getting a smaller spring opening to reflect its relative restraint, with the film arriving April 26 of next year. The studio also just released the film's poster, depicting a giant vat of protein supplement that is not even blowing up nor writhing with metal shards. In terms of ways you could plaster Michael Bay's name across a giant bicep, pretty subdued.
