Martin Freeman, Eddie Marsan Join Edgar Wright's 'The World's End'

Because one can never have too many likable, comic, British everymen in a movie, Martin Freeman has been recruited to join Simon Pegg and Nick Frost in closing out their comedy trilogy with The World's End.

The Hobbit and Sherlock star will also be joined by Sherlock Holmes's Eddie Marsan in the Edgar Wright film, which reportedly just commenced shooting in the UK. Details of the just-cast actors' parts weren't revealed, but it's likely one or both (I would wager Freeman, at least) will be playing a now-grown childhood friend of Pegg and Frost, as the film was officially described as involving "an epic pub crawl" involving "five childhood friends [who] reunite when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again." Freeman really gets invited out on all the best journeys, doesn't he?
