avengers-deleted-cap-scene.jpg

Likely cut from the film so we wouldn't spend the whole thing dwelling on how Captain America is a suicidal depressive in severe need of counseling, here's an Avengers deleted scene in which Chris Evans mopes around his apartment, dwells on his dead friends, considers calling his ex-girlfriend, somberly sketches, and ignores the advances of the younger daughter from Growing Pains. Also, Stan Lee shows up.

Note #1: The effects were never completed on this scene, and that's why the building doesn't look much like the Stark Tower of Captain America's sketch.

Note #2: So as not to give him technology shock, Cap had to be started with '90s phone technologies before anyone dared show him an iPhone.
