'Skyfall' Trailers: Bond Is Dead... OR IS HE??? (He's Definitely Not)

Ut oh, Bond has been killed! Spoiler alert: never mind, he's fine. A movie where Bond immediately dies was not going to make any money at all. So in Skyfall, it turns out Bond just briefly fakes being dead, only to quickly return to stop whatever villainy Javier Bardem is planning beneath his dye job. These first full trailers for the Sam Mendes-directed doesn't give a lot of plot away beyond that, but as was revealed in the official summary, we know that "M is tested as her past comes back to haunt her," and based on what's shown here, it definitely seems like that past involves some kind of perceived betrayal between Bardem's character and M. Could she be the one who suggested he "go for sort of a Fred Armisen in The Californians look"? And does Bardem really need to be jailed in the giant tupperware usually reserved for storing the Hulk?
