
Currently in production in Croatia, Oliver Hirschbiegel's Caught in Flight casts Naomi Watts as Princess Diana in the final years before that tragic car crash made her the subject of a touching Elton John song renovation. Here's a first look at Watts in costume, and as you can see, the hair and wardrobe are doing a pretty good job selling the actress as the royal icon. Selling her a little too well, some passing officers might argue as they wipe away tears barely hidden by sunglasses, their voices quivering as they explain that it's just... it's just... it feels like losing Our Princess twice now: once to the paparazzi hounds, again to the lady from Peter Jackson's King Kong remake.
