Edgar Wright's 'World's End' Will Get Made, Has a Poster


Have a celebratory pint: Edgar Wright officially has the greenlight for The World's End. The film--meant as the closing chapter to the Wright-Pegg-Frost Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy (see: Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz)--has been being prepped for a spring 2013 release since May, but only today did Universal Pictures give a formal go-ahead, announcing an October start date and releasing a teaser poster presumably bearing the names of the taverns to be visited in the film's "epic pub crawl." Have a look at the full one-sheet below, and envy Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg's talent for coming up with highly-euphemistic bar names.
