Responding to UsWeekly's hard-hitting question about what leading lady he'd like as a comedic co-star, Jason Segel last month responded with an unexpected answer: Hillary Clinton. "I just feel like she would be good at comedy," Segel explained, not doubt thinking of all the hilarious 3 a.m. prank calls we'll now never hear.

In an interview with Jimmy Fallon just last week, Segel clarified that Clinton is basically his go-to joke, and hers is the name he regularly gives as an answer to questions of who the mother will be on How I Met Your Mother. But all these requests for a Hillary Clinton have not gone unnoticed by the Secretary of State. As Segel went on to explain, she is aware of his talk, and she even went so far as to write him a response that makes clear she will only work with him if fellow conservative enemies the Muppets are involved too. Politico has since gotten a hold of said letter. Have a look below.

Like Peeps or reunion concerts, the Muppets are one of those things that seem really appealing until I actually have a taste. I even went so far as to buy The Muppet Show first season DVD over a year ago, but have yet to come anywhere near finishing them. Every time I pry open ... / Continue →
