Charlie Kaufman Doing HBO Series with Catherine Keener

As if HBO didn't have enough shit you should definitely be watching, now there will be another thing.

Deadline reports Charlie Kaufman and Catherine Keener--a duo whose respective words and toothy mouth have already combined to great success in Being John Malkovich and Synecdoche, New York--are developing a half-hour comedy series for HBO. Kaufman is executive producing, writing, and directing, while Keener will star in and produce the still-untitled project, "described as an exploration of one day in a woman's life and how the events leading up to it can affect, or not, the reality in which she lives," which sounds pretty bizarrely Kaufman-esque already. Just toss in some more meta context and a requisite lustful, dumpy savant and put this thing on my DVR, please.
