Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg Finally Working on 'World's End'


Good news, fans of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz: if the above photo is any indication, Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg are at last getting to work on The World's End, the final film in the Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy that began with 2004's Shaun.

Of course, back in December, Cornetto Trilogy co-star Nick Frost claimed there was already a script for the film that they tentatively planned to shoot this year, but this... this is big. When the giant paper easels come out, that means shit is happening for real. Or it means that Win, Lose or Draw is about to start. But seeing as how Burt Reynolds is nowhere in sight, I think it means shit is happening for real. Yay!
