'Three Stooges' Trailer Contains Expected Eye-Gouging, Unexpected Amount of Pop Culture and Boobs
The first trailer for the Farrelly Brothers' The Three Stooges is here, and to its credit, it does seem to capture the spirit and mannerisms of the original crew about as well as you could hope for. Unfortunately, it also injects the Stooges with supplemental iPhone gags and Snooki cameos in the apparent hope of luring in non-fans with the promise of a cornucopia of pop culture references. But then, to its credit again, man oh man, would you look at the bodies on the women in this thing? Somehow this film is both an contemporary update and a "what if?" scenario for Russ Meyer's Three Stooges:
