
"You think you know the story; you think you know the place," teases the Cabin in the Woods trailer. And indeed, the setup of teens going out alone to a spooky wilderness retreat does seem like a story and setting that we should be pretty familiar with. But then... then comes the big reveal to let you know this is not your standard cabin-in-the-woods affair: it turns out this titular cabin in the woods is actually The Truman Show, as run by stock hillbilly murderer archetypes! Maybe? As you can see, Thor is confused as well.
I don't know about you, but that gave me Goosebumps: The Series.
