If you've been wondering how Baz Luhrmann's 3D interpretation of The Great Gatsby is coming along, JustJared has some photos from the set, showing stars Tobey Maguire, Carey Mulligan, and Leonardo DiCaprio in their period costumes. While we may have previously questioned the need for the film to be shot SPECTACULAR 3D, there's no denying the expression on Maguire's face as an effective pitch for the technology. Perhaps, when we see the actors in three dimensions, we too will be so awed that we form the cockeyed grin one only makes when muttering "gee, willickers..."?
