'Puss' Rules the Box Office

Your weekend box office:

1. Puss in Boots - $34 million. Just goes to show, you show off a cat's taint enough and people are gonna take notice. And they're gonna want to see that cat taint again, larger.

2. Paranormal Activity 3 - $18.5 million, holding on to second place thanks to a relevant theme and the promise of a free small soda.

3. In Time - $12 million. Don't worry, Ryan Gosling, you are still the superior Mousketeer movie star.

4. Footloose - $5.4 million. Kenny Loggins is basically the "Monster Mash" of 2011. Wait, Kenny Loggins isn't even in the remake? What kind of shoddy production is this?

5. The Rum Diary - $5 million. Just like with Dad, it's not as fun to watch Johnny Depp get hammered when he isn't wearing his pirate outfit.
