We're Still Casting 'The Three Stooges'

Though the comedy's original cast of A-list stars has departed, leaving a stock sitcom supporting cast in their wake, the crippled Three Stooges is still stubbornly limping forward, and the Farrelly brothers have a new name in mind to finish up the main cast. Chris Diamantopoulos, seen above when he put on a wig to simulate a young Robin Williams in Behind the Camera: The Unauthorized Story of 'Mork & Mindy', is reportedly now the frontrunner to play Moe now that previously-rumored Hank Azaria seemingly isn't doing it. If cast, the 24 actor would be joining $h*! My Dad Says's fat guy as Curly, Will & Grace's flamboyant guy as Larry, and Modern Family's superhot Columbian as a superhot Columbian who is also said to be "a devious woman who pretends to be the wife of a dying man and tells the Stooges she'll pay them a handsome sum if they kill the man in his sleep."

Now that the last piece of the puzzle is nearly in place, hopefully the Farrellys can get this thing finished. Because, personally, I'm more interested in seeing them finally get to reinventing Laurel & Hardy with Mike from Mike & Molly and... the guy who wasn't Jonathan Silverman in The Single Guy? Bronson Pinchot (again)?
