Nolan Reveals Third Batman Title, Says Riddler Isn't the Guy

No doubt feeling pressure to reveal his next film's name after seeing how superawesome the third Transformers movie's title looks with its devastatingly cool lens flare, Christopher Nolan has finally revealed the film title that will conclude his Batman trilogy. Talking to LA Times' Hero Complex, the director said the film will be titled--ready?--The Dark Knight Rises. I guess the last film titled "Dark Knight" must have done well enough at theaters to warrant further reference.
Nolan also commented that--going against popular internet rumor and images of Tom Hardy Photoshopped into a green coat--the villain "won’t be the Riddler," adding that he's talked Warner Bros. out of making it Batman 3-D, and will instead again shoot at least portions of the film in IMAX non-3-D.
Basically, he'll once again make a completely dignified third Batman film without gimmicks, kitsch, or anyone running around in a question mark suit. So now we know what the point of Batman Forever was: to be this film's antithesis.
