Jeezy and che-che clearly have no familiarity with the awesomeness of the Scott Pilgrim source material nor with the extreme awesomeness of director Edgar Wright.

Hoo boy. Every time new updates on this movie come out, I just have to chant to myself, "Edgar Wright, Edgar Wright, Edgar Wright" and hope for the best. I mean, motherfucker makes excellent movies, how could this be bad?
...is what people probably said to themselves in the theater before watching Francis Ford Coppola's One From the Heart. Sigh...

@14: likewise, I would be a lot more excited for this movie if Cera wasn't supposed to be Scott, I mean seriously, who would ever have pictured HIM as Scott Pilgrim?
there's no way I'll be able to take him seriously since he only ever plays one role-a wimpy noodle boy- if you've seen him in one movie you've seen him in EVERY movie he's ever done.
If he can prove me wrong I'd be overjoyed, but seriously, my expectations for that are pretty low.
