Feb 1 2010Titans Appear To Clash in International Trailer!
Something is happening in the world of Titans, friends! Clashing is happening!
Looking at this new international trailer for Clash of the Titans, the film still looks like a big budget Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. But at the same time, basically all I've been asking for since Hercules: The Legendary Journeys went off the air is a big budget Hercules: The Legendary Journeys to take its place,* so I'll take it.
Looks like it will deliver that uniquely Mummy emptiness you get from watching far too much over-acting and blatant CGI.
*That's a lie.

Looks awesome to me. I hope the film's music isn't like the trailer. I'd rather it have an epic musical score. Instead of a rock soundtrack.

So we've got Jake Sully, Qui Gon Jin (sp?) and Lord Voldemort. i also enjoyed the return of the backyard fighting music. this movie is going to be awesome i think.

I love that deep belching sound that really expensive CGI monsters make.

This looks kind of awful but Liam Neeson continues to be hot, so I'm a little torn.

If you think this looks awful or in any way bad, I would just like to point out that hearing Liam Neeson saying the phrase, "Release the Kraken!" is probably the most awesome combination of actor/line concievable. Period.

How many movies are going to keep putting that same track from "the Used" in their trailers??
its a good track, but it just makes movies seem angsty and emo.

Hunh. How come the Kraken looks like a mutated snap turtle? :\

I just hope this remake doesnt come across like some remakes...like Planet of the Apes, and The Time Machine, etc, etc. They added all this CGI to make the "Morlocks" (from Time Machine) look scarier and more "in your face" and honestly it just looked stupid. The original morlocks scared the shit out of me as a kid, mainly because they walked slow like zombies and looked ugly as hell. The best/scariest parts of Clash were Calibos and Medusa, so I hope they don't overdo it. I'll still watch it of course.

I love his blatantly still there Australian accent at "Someone has to take a stand". Still, I really do want to see this. Such Classics nerdery :)

LOL @ 4 & 7.
I have to admit, this looks pretty fun. I wish the colors and lighting weren't so 300-esque, though. I'm getting sick of that desaturated shit.

@15 if you've played fallout 3 hearing Liam Neeson say "I am the alpha and the Omega" completely made the entire game worth it.
I am fairly convinced neeson should be worshipped
