@CuriousSponge: Yes, War Machine does tend to freak out when he's underwater- His suit, if I recall correctly, wasn't as waterproof as the Iron Man armor and tended to leak a lot sooner. That or Rhodes was hydrophobic, I forget...

I knew war machine was going to be in 2 as soon as Rhodes said "next time, baby" while looking at a suit in the original. It makes perfect sense. I never read the comics but I know a few people that do, and I know Rhodes has donned the Iron Man costume before, to make appearances alongside Stark to prove that Stark is NOT iron man (i'm predicting they do this early in 2). If he already knows how to pilot the thing why NOT build him one? 2>1, and rhodes is a good man. I'm upset they fired Terrance Howard but WHOOOO!!! I love Don Cheadle

War Machine's armor is everything I could hope. He definitely looks bad ass in his own right and not just like "Iron Man Jr."

This is so stupid. In my opinion the only good acting in the first film was Terrence Howard. And then they got rid of him. Seriously this film is going to suck as lets see there is Nick Fury who is obviously going to take up atleast a quarter of the film getting Stark to build a base for the Avengers. We have Whiplash who has the same plotline as the Crimson Dynamo and the Iron Monger. We also have an undercover spy (Black Widow) who is likely to form a love triangle with Tony stark and Pepper potts. Meanwhile we have Don cheadle take over and become Colonel James who becomes War Machine. And ontop of that we have the King Pin of Ironman called Justin Hammer who is likely the person Black Widow is after and also who employs Whiplash.
