Dec 7 2009I Think This Movie Is About a Flying Baby

ricky-trailer-flying-baby.jpg

It's been a good month if you're the kind of person who emails me YouTube clips of babies doing things. First you got Babies, the documentary about how babies still behave exactly like babies no matter what international location subtitle is placed at the bottom of the screen. Now there's: Ricky, the story of a cherubic infant that probably grows wings and flies around. At least that's what's being strongly hinted at in this trailer:

Think how charming this would be if the budget had room for one (1) set prop wings; one (1) shot baby in flight! Unless the concept is actually Ricky: The Teleporting Bacne Baby, in which case, nailed it.

I can't wait to see what the next Anne Geddes-photograph-come-to-life concept will be. Baby Whose Head is the Center of a Sunflower?

thats gross

thats awesome

I hate babies and movies about babies... even smarter indie flicks about babies...

i have a feeling they're not showin the baby with wings because it just looks stupid.
i mean it's an interesting thought, but when you actually see it, it might just look ridiculous like the dancing baby from ally mcbeal.

Haha that's exactly what I thought, Jrdn. I'm sure it would just be ridiculous and crush any chance of taking the movie seriously.

The baby looked really cute and adorable. I hope the baby will have dubbing just like Look Who's Talking Too

God... dammit... just... SHOW US THE WINGS!!!. Arggh, this is worse than censored porn!

Maybe the suprise is they are gruesome bat wings.

excellent.
