The person who posted this trailer on YouTube labeled it "bizarre," but the Japanese have created too many genuinely bizarre things to really say this is bizarre. It's more surreal, like you've woken up in a parallel universe where everything is the same, except in Japanese. Though I guess it is a little bizarre how quickly the trailer devolves into a karaoke video:
Is it racist to think that the Sandra Oh character should have been white?

jimbob... i agree with you. i dont watch any english remakes, just originals in subtitles. when i heard that j lo was making a remake of shall we dance, i just about fell over laughing.

I hated the original movie but I'll force myself to watch this remake just because Katsuhisa Namase is in it. I'll watch anything that man does. He's fucking hilarious.
