Remember how annoying girls about a decade ago would sometimes be like, "Yikes, tee em eye! (Too much information!)" Well, someone thought that would make a good title for a modern feature film, and Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris will be starring in it:
Universal Pictures has acquired "TMI," a comic vehicle for Ryan Reynolds and Anna Faris.Scripted by Kirsten "Kiwi" Smith and Marc Klein, the comic premise is that while honesty is the best policy for a relationship, "too much information" might not be the best thing.
Ah, how beautifully high concept. Couple makes agreement to tell each other everything; arrangement leads to anger, jealousy, and Yes Man-style comedy; couple finds moral that maybe complete openness really can lead to... TOO MUCH INFORMATION; audience forever forgets hollow film ever existed twenty minutes after exiting theater. Once you've got the cast in place, the "you did WHAT???"s practically write themselves.

Please do not have her play an annoying ditsy person again. I know she is supposed to be annoying but it always feels like it goes beyond that, like I can not get into a scene with her in it...

well, i loved them both in Just Friends (the terrific movie, btw), so why pour cold water on TMI ? any premise can be poisoned by bad writing, but the same premise can become oscarworthy due to great writing, so i have high hopes (hey, how about new bbreviation - HHH (have high hopes) ???!!! :) LOL) for this one !

I look forward to the LOL, BTW and WTF movies. Did you see LOL 2? I can't believe they brought back the character from the WTF 4 crossover. But then again, that was nothing compared to the raw power of the BTW trilogy. I have never learned so much from a sidebar.

Faris and Reynolds have already been together in very funny Just Friends, both have a true gift for comedy, very much looking forward to seeng TMI !

@5: I just realized that! I've been wondering for months why Ryan Reynolds pisses me off so much, when I've never even seen one of his movies. It's because he looks like Dane Cook.
