Sep 1 2009Here's a 3-D Smurf

From PVCBlue.com, some sort of devoted Smurf site, here's the first look at a CGI Smurf from the upcoming film adaptation of the three-apple-high species. Looks like Columbia is really trying to hit that small group that both loves The Smurfs and Scarface references. Get them and the rest will follow. As they say.

I hope this remake doesn't get F'd in the A like every other one...

This pretty much sums up what's wrong with hollywood today. Just cast flavor of the year voices and you got yourself a picture! Good Work everyone!

Smurfs was a gay old time till that one day when that blond hair bitch showed up and ruin it all!

Oh noes your childhood! Wait you were like negative five then.

Who, by chance, proteon are you implying is under 15 on this page, the writer or commentors?

Hanna-Barbera's The Smurfs aired up until 1990 in USA and still airs in other places around the world today...

What "HOLIDAY" are they fucking talking about.

Jesus Christ.

If you're too scared to say "Christmas" at least say Holiday Season.

But "Holiday" is just retarded.

If they reenact the bathroom/chainsaw scene from "Scarface" with "The Smurfs" for the trailer, I'm in.

Actually, the Smurfs saw the first light in the late 1950s. It originated as a comic in Belgium (by Peyo). It only came to America 20 years later as an animated series.

That'll be French wannabe gangsters, then. The French are nuts about the Smurfs. And of course, universally, anyone who aspires to gangsterness can quote you Scarface inside and out and show you their poster. But this is still scary as hell. Some things shouldn't be remade.

Must See!!!
