Tobey Maguire battling marital issues and also raccoons? That sounds sort of like a movie, explains Variety:
Tobey Maguire is set to star in "The Details," an indie black comedy written and directed by Jacob Estes. Shooting begins August in Seattle.Maguire joins Elizabeth Banks in the pic about a struggling married couple who, already struggling with issues like infidelity and whether they should stay married, see their lives further complicated by ravenous raccoons burrowing under the sod in their back yard. A disagreement over how to dispatch the pests creates a chain reaction of mishaps that include a murder by bow and arrow
With any luck, the raccoons will be CGI and possess knowledge of singing and the English language, so we can finally get the Alvin and the Chipmunks we really wanted. The one that in involves murder by bow and arrow.

If his allows Toby to get out all of his ironic humor & EMO angst then I'm all for it! As long as I don't have to see a Spidy 4 where Peter Parker is blowing snot bubbles because M.J. stumped her toe or someone called him unreliable, or he start dancing (wtf!?), or whatever. I can let a lot slide, but damn "nice guy" doesn't mean you have to portray a character as a baby back bitch!
