Awesome! I can add it to my AAA DVD collection along with Ratatoing, Plan Bee, The Reef, The Little Cars in the Great Race and Madagascar.

That balloon is casting a shadow of gargantuan proportions. Maybe they figured it would cause a partial eclipse because its sooo close to the sun up there in the sky.

So the balloon is rescuing the house? Maybe they've replaced the talking dog with a sentient, talking, rescuing balloon. And no question mark means that this movie isn't asking but telling us that this is what is up.

well, actually, the shadow would be biggest the closer it is to the ground. the balloon's size is ridiculous, not the shadow's size. do you see how big it is compared to the two-story house its carrying!?

They do this with A LOT of movies and parents do rent/buy the wrong thing all the damn time. Used to work at Blockbuster...I was one of the nice ones that actually told them when they were renting the "B" version....

What a load of bull s**t !!! They're so ripping off Pixar!!! How dare they ruin a movie as amazing and nearly perfect as Up with this fail movie!!! And at least Up has good animation!!! The animation in this movie sucks!!! Who needs this s**tty movie when we've got an awesome movie like Up!!! PIXAR RULES!!! UP IS TONS BETTER THAN THIS F**KING RIP OFF!!! UP RULES!!! actually something like this happened to me when i was a kid....I wanted to see RED HEAT with Arnold, my mom rented me DEAD HEAT with Joe Piscapo.... in hindsight it wasnt too bad.

Post 2 - copyright protects the expression of an idea, rather than an idea itself (the idea/expression dichotomy). It also attaches to works, so you don't "copyright" something, it just happens automatically.

Whoever posted this article better had been paid to say this. If not, I weep for humanity. I really do. Such a sad, sad world we live in. Fortunately, there are movies like UP that shine a light in a dark tunnel, where movies like UP are the reasons why we go see movies in the first place.

When does this movie come out? BTW- maybe I saw a different move than y'all but UP made me cry... A LOT. I had to clean off my glasses from all the tear marks.
