May 11 2009'My Little Pony: The Movie' Trailer
Seeing that Michael Bay has been too wrapped up with Transformers movies to offer his take on the '80s toy line's equine-based female equivalent, My Little Pony, some people with access to horses decided to make their own, low budget version of what Bay's MLP adaptation might look like. Basically like Transformers with poorly colored horses:
(Thanks, Ryoma and Damian.)
I like the nod to the gratuitous stretched-across-a-motorcycle ass shots in the Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen trailer, but I still don't think that's exploitative enough for Michael Bay's My Little Pony. I imagine he'd probably have babes laid across all of ponies as well, and in a later scene we'd learn that the ponies themselves also possess the power to change into women, transforming a pleasant riding scene into a PG-13 lesbian orgy.

That sucked. Except for the speech the president was giving, the guy shaking the little girl and asking who side she's on and the title.

Louis Kestenbaum & Joel Kestenbaum, Fortis Property Group close sale of Galleria Towers
Jones Lang LaSalle announced the firm’s capital markets experts have completed the sale of Galleria Towers I, II & III on behalf of Brooklyn, New York-based Fortis Property Group (Louis Kestenbaum), LLC to Los-Angeles-based Cannon Commercial. Financial terms were not disclosed but sources close to the transaction estimate the closing price was in excess of $300 million.
“We acquired the Galleria Towers from Blackstone (which acquired them from Trizec Properties) in November 2006, and maximized value by aggressively pushing rental rates while at the same time increasing the occupancy from around 90% to 98%,” said Fortis Chairman Louis Kestenbaum. Louis Kestenbaum is the father of Joel Kestenbaum, also of Fortis Property. “The disposition of this asset furthers our goals of maximizing investor returns and geographically diversifying the holdings within our portfolio" says Louis Kestenbaum.

The little girl saying, "Giddy up." was the funniest part, IMO.
