Apr 17 2009'Heffalump' Scribe Writing Bullet Trajectory Manipulation-Based Sequel
Even Spiliotopoulos has been handed an unlikely assignment. He's just been hired to write a sequel to last summer's action hit Wanted, even though his previous writing experience includes:
- Tinker Bell: A Midsummer Storm (2010) (V) (pre-production) (written by)
- The Hero of Color City (2010) (post-production) (screenplay)
- Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure (2009) (V) (post-production) (written by)
- The Nutty Professor (2008) (V) (screenplay)
- The Blue Elephant (2008) (V) (English language version)
- The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning (2008) (V) (writer)
- Terra (2007) (writer) ... aka Battle for Terra (International: English title) (USA: new title)
- Pooh's Heffalump Halloween Movie (2005) (V) (writer) ... aka Pooh's Heffalump Halloween: The Movie (USA: promotional title)
- Pooh's Heffalump Movie (2005) (screenplay)
- Mickey, Donald, Goofy: The Three Musketeers
Not exactly an obvious candidate for the job, but I won't judge. After all, as The Hollywood Reporter said, "If anyone could bend a flying bullet, it's Pooh." They got that right!*
*I don't actually know what they could possibly mean by that.

i think if you throw the pooh at the right time, it might be able to bend the bullet, depending on the consistency of the pooh

Keeping in mind the star of the first movie was Mr. Tumnus in Narnia.they may have decided to be on to something letting the people that work with kids vent off all that super ultra-hostility

Well, Terra looks like it has a well written story... maybe this can work. Then again Wanted 1 didn't work.

Well, I finally watched Wanted a few days ago, and I have to say that it did indeed resemble pooh, so I see the logic here.

Wanted was a shitpile and Angelina Jolie looks like a filthy skeleton hooker with all her tatts and protruding bones and angles.
