Apr 30 2009'Harry Potter' Has at Least One Half a Wolfman

There's some kind of Monster Squad-esque partial wolfman in Harry Potter now? Where have I been? Clearly I need to catch up on this franchise. These guys are pulling out all the stops to keep up with the Twilights.

I really hope Fenrir Greyback looks less like Teen Wolf in the actual movie.

That looks nothing like what I pictured from the books ... or even when in Prisoner of Azkaban's Prof. Lupin went all werewolf ... I mean, C'mon at least have some continuity with the other movies...

It's Fenrir Greyback and he was in the trailer at least three times. But yeah, not quite how I imagined him either.

What is Benito Del Toro doing in Harry Potter?

I like how "wolfman" makeup really hasn't progressed much in 30 years. Maybe longer.

Jeeze guys- now I have to get my geek on..
If you remember, Greyback was a human most of the time in the book, but he looked all scraggly and hairy because he turned into a wolf more often then normal like Lupin did.

and he had pointed teeth and X-men chops, or some kind of beard, when he was human. cause he's evil..?
so there

Looks like something Macho Man Randy Savage saw when he TRIPPED OUT ON SALVIA AND TOTALLY LOST HIS SH*T:

No. Not at all. This does not work for me. I pictured him looking way more human-like. Because half the time he really is human in the book, just with wolf-ish qualities. GOD!

Monster Squad! good pull FTW!!!

this is how you get more people to see the movie, you cross over wolverine into all the movies.

Except fenrir changes way more often than lupin and likes the way people taste when he's not even completely changed. That's him in his human state.

Looks like the hitcher

sammy was here bitches

its one of the centaurs fools.

Is it a centaur? It's hard to tell.

I just hope the werewolf in here doesn't look half as retarded as the werenakedmolerat in the third movie. That thing pissed me off to no end. Still, the name Fenrir Greyback is so dumb and contrived for a werewolf it's not even funny, and he was absolutely, unforgivably pathetic in the series since he never did anything except for bite a Weaselby while in HUMAN form. What a loser.

Fenrir was never really totally human. I seem to recall some mention of him always being more wolf than man, even when it wasn't a full moon. If that's long hair hanging down then I can see the look being pretty cool, if that is neck hair... not so excited.

"werenakedmolerat " might be the best description I've heard in a looong time.

That's NOT a centaur. It's Fenrir in human form. Like Krystle said. :) So hopefully, he's much more disgusting and terrifying in actual wolf form.

And apparently my computer automatically inserted my email address. Awesome.

I sort of like it. And frankly, any werewolf that doesn't send preteens (or, for that matter-- mid twenties virgins "waiting for a guy like Edward") into orgasmic spasms they don't completely understand is fine by me.

i didnt realize harry potter was doing a cross over with the live action beauty and the beast show.

Does anybody else think he looks like Donald Trump with rabies?

looks like james hetfield

Personally he looks fine to me. All i'm asking for is that his acting is convincing enough. (Which, considering his role probably consists of grunts and feral glares, isnt too big a feat.)

Also, i like kittkatt's opinion. "orgasmic spasms they don't completely understand)... Bwhaha
