When I hear Chris Cunningham had made a new video, based on his previous work, I naturally assume mutants and sexual robots are involved to some extent. So when I heard Chris Cunningham directed a new commercial for Gucci perfume (remember when David Lynch did that?), I was counting on seeing some kind of grotesquely deformed freak being spritzed with perfume until its pained, vocoder screams finally silenced, and then a robot would have sex with it. Turns out I was mostly wrong.
Here it is. I knew there would be some kind of mutating. He can't resist.

When worthwhile things are failing and falling apart for lack of money. Unemployment rising, people losing homes and health care, how the hell does a company like this have a crapload of money laying around for frilly perfume commercials?
Also, the video Cunningham did for Aphex Twin's "Who's your Daddy" is creepier than most modern horror movies, it's a fun watch!

That woman at the end has the most bored voice I've ever heard. It's like she's announcing that my order of McNuggets are ready.
For the record, Cunningham has done a FEW music videos that aren't balls-out insane, but they're not as much fun.
