Feb 2 2009'Land of the Lost' Super Bowl Spot
All within 30 seconds, see Will Ferrell sunbathe with a giant crab, attempt to handshake Matt Lauer, get covered in spiders, and stay motionless at the threat of a Tyrannosaurus Rex with little effect. Is it possible Dr. Sam Neill's advice was wrong?

"Do you know what this means?"
"Yes! Matt Lauer can eat it!!"
haha I doubt I'd like the movie in general but that's a great line.

Lol, no one but Will Ferrell can make that movie funny. That role fits him perfectly.

"I don't think it's working" is a phrase that could probably be applied to this whole movie, but that one did make me laugh.
Hey, I think I saw some bone claws in there too.

It's no semi-pro...thank god. I haven't even seen that movie and I can say that.

Jesus, I figured this would be the worst of the bunch but it actually looks cool.

Any chance Will Ferrell dies in the first five minutes and is replaced by anyone who isn't Will Ferrell?

I guarantee I hate Will Ferrel more than Jews hate talking rationally without whining and I was shocked how reasonably humorous this movie looked.

I'm disappointed that it's going to be a comedy. I'd much prefer to see a mature take on the Land of the Lost concept. I love the old TV show for it's sci-fi underpinnings and melodrama, not the goofiness that occasionally crept in.

Semi Pro wasn't bad, and it was at least entertaining which is more than I can say for most comedies. Still, nothing since Talladega Nights has even come close to the same level of shear greatness in terms of epic hilarity. Don't hold your breath, America... Unless you liked Anchorman. Then you should probably just save your money and download a few episodes of The Power Rangers after they went "aqua" because if you like crap that stupid, you'll love the freakin' Aqua Rangers.
