Feb 25 2009'Battle for Terra' Seems Awfully Similar to that 'War for Stars'
What? So there's a giant, spherical, orbiting, uncompleted battle station that could at first be mistaken for a moon. What of it? Death what? Look, I don't know what you're implying, but please withhold your judgment until after you've seen the climactic Photonstick battle.

Oh, it's animated. Okay, that makes sense.

I wanna see George Lukas try to sue just for the heck of it. I want to see him scream "Hans Sulu? What a rip-off! PEW PEW PEW!"
Okay, I'm out of ideas.

For about 3 seconds I became mildly interested in the possibility of a new Spaceballs type thing, on account of the weird collection of actors, but no, it's another boring animated movie. If the main character were instead voiced by Jerry Seinfeld I think this would be more of a Bee Movie 2 in space with a few situations changed for continuity, naturally.

Look! George Lucas is driving the shit. You can cleary see there's a tiny little head inside the vessel.
Yeah, space is suppose to be funny. I've been there before and I was cracking up the whole time.

Hmm, that ship looks a lot like a Caldari Merlin from EvE Online...

Think Amanda Peet will show her boobies in this? She shows 'em in all her movies.
