Jan 28 2009'Street Fighter' Promo -- Also: Buy This Talisman Thing
Coming Soon has posted a new Japanese promo for Street Fighter that seems to also double as a keychain amulet commercial. If your fierce dedication to the fighting game franchise has somehow created a faint interest in this film, consider this brief montage another shot at disenfranchising yourself enough to stop caring. You'll end up really wanting the talisman they show at the end though--that thing is beautiful as hell.

Meh. I don't think it will be all that bad but they sure as hell sapped the everliving "Street Fighter" essence out of the movie, I'll tell you that much.

That looks...craptastic. Seriously, could they at least maybe feed her a sandwich or something so that she maybe doesn't make it look like Chun Li has had an eating disorder in recent years...?
When the thin sword swung at her is wider than her arms, you'd think somebody would have called bullshit during filming.

I lost any and all interest in this movie when I found out that scrawny-thighed chick from Smallville was playing Chun-Li. Chun-Li must appear to be able to break a man's neck with her legs, this girl looks like she could barely manage to jump rope without buckling her knees.
