Dec 2 2008I Might Have to Watch 'Sarah Silverman' This Week
Because this Thursday on Sarah Silverman, Matt Berry guest stars! Berry has starred in the British series Snuff Box, Garth Merenghi's Darkplace, and The Mighty Boosh, and if you aren't familiar with his comedy work, you are not effectively using your YouTube. He's great. So my recommendation this week is taking in a Sarah Silverman Program, but until then, here's a short behind-the-scenes video he did for them:
Should I be watching The Sarah Silverman Program all the time? I only watched the debut.
For those still not sold on Berry, look at his famous "Boyfriend" scenes from Snuffbox. So good:
Whiskey!

Yes, The Mighty Boosh was, indeed, the pinnacle of his succes.
Sarah Silverman Program = way to ruin a career.
I might actually see the reruns on BBC America.
This is just another consolation to Mr. Berry. Way to go!

The Mighty Boosh is amazing. I can't wait for it to come on Adult Swim. If only I had cable...

No, you shouldn't be watching the Sarah Silverman Program regularly, it sucks, horribly, as Sarah Silverman sucks, horribly.

Holy shit! That show is atrocious but I'd watch pretty much anything with Matt Berry. Didn't care for Mighty Boosh, but Snuff Box was fantastic and he's great on IT Crowd.

All the British shows mentioned are a bunch of unfunny student bollocks. Nothing compared to the good old days of shows circa Father Ted era. You pot heads need to get a job and stop wasting tax payers money to laugh at nonsense!

Definatly can't forget 'The IT Crowd', funny as hell in the new season, i recomend andyone who loves matt to heck out the show, he appears halfway through season 2, but the whole show is awesome.

#12: Father ted was great, I'm also a fan of Fawlty Towers. I would have to say that while some shows now have the "no need to think" mentality, some, such as IT crowd, give us geeks a good chuckle at ourselves.
