Alright, Wayans, I'll give you this much: you've beaten the parody team of Friedberg and Seltzer. Your decision to include a few jokes, rather than just wadding together a series of references held together only by the glue of random violence, paid off. Congratulations. Unfortunately, the "jokes" include a breakdancing baby, a man spinning on his head so fast that he drills through the floor, and domestic abuse. Calling those jokes is like calling crying "laughing" because it involves noisy convulsing. Really stretching the definition, guys.
Amy Sedaris? Why is she here? Does she need to get paid that bad?

Not that bad. Minus the horrible baby part. At least the movies they're parodying most people have seen, and aren't ones that haven't even been released yet (or have nothing to do with the parody theme).

...in the last year, i had a heart-wrenching break up with a girl i was madly in love with, and my mother died an agonizing death after 11 months of failing health...as i watched this trailer, i actually chuckled...several times. apparently i'm so starved for anything resembling joy, i'll succumb even to this. i really gotta get out of my basement...
