Nov 17 2008'Curious Case of Benjamin Button' Poster
Here's the first poster for The Curious Case of Benjamin Button. Cleverly, the majority of the text is written backwards because Pitt ages backwards in the film. And his lips are horribly chapped because nothing sells a movie like sore, bloody lips.

at least they tried something different with the text. does anybody else think he looks like Robert Redford?

This is a really good movie poster.

Did they purposely close-set and enlarge his eyes to make him look like ET? Either that or fatherhood has been really rough on his face.

they should have done something old-ish to his face to make him kinda match the backward letters..... but the text alone is pretty sweet

Maybe it's just me, but this looks like one of those optical illusion posters (like they had way back in the 80's, chittlins) where the wavy lines morph into a paddle boat or a dolphin.
I'm just scared B.P. will morph into a bug-eyed Nicholas Cage...

His face looks a bit weird. I guess it's also backwards.

The backwards text is pretty clever, but it could have been inspired by thousands of theatrical posters that are printed reversed on the back. Probably so you can see it in your mirror when one is coming up behind you fast on the highway.

The Poster is crazy, when you're coming towards from the right side walking to the left side of the poster it seems as if brad pitt looks older and then walking past it he seem to look younger looking when you reach the left side. its crazy
