Oct 24 2008'Last Chance Harvey' Trailer, Because Your Parents Need Dramedy Too

last-chance-harvey-trailer.jpg

Here's the trailer for Last Chance Harvey, a romantic dramedy with Dustin Hoffman and Emma Thompson showing you can still find quirky, indie rock-soundtracked love even when you're an old person. I suggest watching it because it provides a rare glimpse into a future "what if?" scenario where we continue to let Zach Braff make and star in movies into his sixties.

OK, that's cute enough, but if you're going to remake an ad that's been done at least one or two times before, at least put out the cash for real ELO.

Hey, that's like the last shot of The Graduate, only 40 years later.

Your parents need Dramedy? Hoffman is 71 years old.

More like your GRANDPARENTS need Dramedy.

BTW, The only actress right for the part of the love interest is a woman who is 22 years younger than Hoffman? The age difference is almost the same as between John McCain and Sarah Palin!

Ewww...

because of the very funny headlines usually found on this site I read: 'because your PANTS need dramedy too' the first time without thinking WTF?
didn't understand the joke, took me a while to realise it said PARENTS.
hahaha makes my pants fall off from laughing...

Dustin Hoffman is old enough to be Emma Thompson's dad. Dis movie all kinds o wrong

Like they really need to put "Academy Award Winner" above Dustin Hoffman's name. Because there are people out there who are like, "Who the hell is that guy? I wonder if he is any good at acting. No...no, he looks terrible... Oh wait, he won an Academy Award. Interesting... Maybe I'll see this movie."

I normally am pretty cynical of "feel good" movies, but this one looks pretty alright. Maybe I'm just tired and in a weird mood or really like Badly Drawn Boy.

I thought Hoffman was dead. Besides, he hasn't made a decent movie since Little Big Man.
