This is how they're marketing Street Fighter? A petulant youth staring at me like I'm her father who showed up to pick her up from the mall too early, embarrassing her in front of all her friends? That's awful.
Actually, come to think of it, shame might be the best way to sell a movie to much of Japan's male population, so good job, Team Street Fighter.

Well, she's being played by Kristin Kreuk, who is half-Chinese half-Dutch and does NOT have blue eyes, so no, I don't know what's going on here either. Maybe they're implying she's a vampire from Underworld. Or one of the Fremen from Dune.
Or maybe they're just trying to make her look white for some reason. Aryan Genetics FTW?

I am so excited for Kristin to be in another movie. She is gorgeous, talented and underrated! I hope this movie is unlike Partition in that it plays in the US!

She may not look that much like Chun Li in the poster, but search Street Fighter on this very site and you'll see it's a good choice.
